Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Absolutely no contact with the owner. Never gained access to property. Rebooked another property. Rental fees were refunded by vrbo. Think it's bogus. Vrbo needs to remove this listing and develop a vetting process!
