Very comfortable home for 4 couples. Outdoor living area and pool was very enjoyable.

Awesome home

The home was great. Very clean, nice bedrooms, Big dining room. Super clean. Pool and patio was wonderful. Definitely recommend this place. You can walk to grocery stores.

Excellent Stay!!!

First of all ther owner, Alex, is the best. He met us at the house for the check-in, gave us a tour and showed us where everything could be found. He also provided us with a bottle of wine and checked with us mid-way through the stay to make sure everything was OK. The house was very clean and comfortable. The property outdoors was well groomed and managed. There were plenty of dishes, towels, wash cloths and toiletries such as soap, shampoo and conditioner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Perfect Location

The Sunshine Dream House was perfect for our family. The house was exactly what was expected based on the pictures and description. The rooms were big and the back patio was very inviting. There was plenty of seating for large dinners both inside and out. The property owner was great. He was very friendly and very responsive by text and phone. The location is great. Only a few miles from the Dania Beach Pier, very short and easy drive to Fort Lauderdale, also a short drive to Miami. The house is close to lots of shopping and great restaurants. I would stay here again with my family.

Excellent Dania Beach Vacation w/ family!

We had a family of 8 traveling with teens for Spring Break! The home is as advertised and the host met us during check-in and was available, as needed. We had no issues during our stay! I would highly recommend this home. Great neighborhood for walking and close to the beach. Great amenities and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool! Will definitely return in the future....

Location!!!

Location, location, location! Close to State Park Beach, Dania Beach & Hollywood Beach, shopping, restaurants & casino. A short drive to Miami & 40 minutes to Key Biscayne for great fishing charter (Top Gun). We arrived to a sparkling clean home, a very welcomed bottle of wine, and a pool lined with palm trees, complete with rafts & floats. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet, great for walks. Alex was very accommodating, as our flight home was changed by 5 hours and he allowed us a late check out. He responded instantly with answers to any questions we had. Our two families with teens & tweens had a fabulous time!!

Not quite what was expected

I have booked numerous VRBOs, and have always selected properties that have been rated 5-star across the board. This property fell short of the 5-star rating due to numerous issues, all which could easily be corrected except for the problems we experienced with the A/C. I have never stayed at a property that did not have dishwashing liquid, detergent for the dishwasher, dish towels, and something to scrub dishes with. Although Alex, the property manager did bring by the detergent for the dishwasher, he asked us to go to the nearby Dollar Store for the other items, and although he said he would reimburse us, he did not. Two of the four chaise lounge chairs by the pool are broken - to the point where you cannot use them. There was no lighter on hand for the grill, so we bought one of those too. And the biggest thing was that the A/C went out and we were uncomfortable for longer than we needed to be since Alex was not prompt at getting it fixed in a timely manner. I understand that things happen outside of your control, but I don't feel that anything was done to make up for the situation. The house was very clean and really is in a good location, but unfortunately this was one of the worst experiences I have had with a VRBO,

Nice, but upgrades needed!

Our family had a nice time staying here. Clean and good amount of space. Good location,to the beach and grocery. However, not reflective of the price-tag, some upgrades and overall attention to detail should be made (E.g. Broken drawers, broken lawn chairs, no change of sheets, missing some basic kitchen needs... lacking some overall tlc). If some changes are made to the property, it would be more reflective of price.

Great house, great heated pool, close drive to Dania Beach & Hollywood Beach.

We stayed at this house for 5 nights, 4 adults. One couple and two single adults. Great room and bed set up for us with the two king beds and two queen beds. We used three of the four bedrooms. For the four of us, felt like we had enough room and weren’t in each other’s space. Had four bathrooms so we all could have our own space in the bathroom area. Kitchen had the supplies we needed for the week to cook meals. Pool was great. Owner Alex was great to communicate with for our check in and out and any questions we had. (Thanks Alex for everything!!) Great location, quick drive to Dania Beach and North Hollywood (less than 5-10 minutes). And Hollywood beach maybe 10-15 minutes. Grocery store and other stores close! We went to Publix that was right next to neighborhood maybe less than 5 minute drive. And it was also on way to Dania beach. Convenient. Beach towels were available at the house, which was great because less for us to pack and travel/fly with. We would stay here again!! Only suggestion. We would suggest more plastic cups available, only glass was available. Glass was fine for every day eating. We used the glass cups by the pool, because all we had, but felt bad. A few plastic tumblers maybe from dollar store would have been helpful for around the pool. We ended up getting two plastic cups from a restaurant we went to, we left them (cleaned) for future guests.

The house was clean. Although I wish there were bunk beds in the kids’ room so we adults didn’t have to yield our king beds to 6 kids.

Spring Break 2021

Renting this property was one of the things that made our trip such a success! It’s close to everything and the pool gets sun ALL DAY!! We will be back for sure!!

Very Enjoyable

Very nice pool which was a very important part of our stay. We were in it once or twice every day. Spent a lot of time under the covered area reading and really enjoyed the surroundings. The palm trees were beautiful and the lighting at night was lovely. My husband and I spent two months at the house so needless to say, we had plenty of room. Kitchen was very pleasant to work in. One negative. More seating is needed in the living room, especially for large groups. It was ok for us since we were only two people. Alex and his wife were very helpful and accommodating. His wife helped me operate the electric stove which I had never used before. She was lovely

Superclean and Perfectly stocked

This house has everything you could possibly need or want. It was immaculately clean, has well stocked kitchen, TVs in every room, comfortable beds, linens and towels. Close to beach, grocery store and dining. Alex made sure we were comfortable, and he was available if we needed anything. Pool was perfect size for kids and adults, with great outdoor seating and huge grill. 10 minutes from airport made travel a breeze. Will definitely return.

Great location

Location was excellent and perfectly located for our needs - closed to the golf courses. Owner was very kind and easily accessible. Only issue, the kitchen sink was not draining properly but this can be easily fix.

Beautiful, very clean and well equipped house. The pool was crystal clear and warm. Alex was a great host, very welcoming and accommodating. Upon request he allowed us a late checkout. Great trip in a great house!

My girlfriend and I stayed in Alex’s house with 3 other couples and had a great experience. There was plenty of room, it was very clean, and in a good neighborhood. There were 4 full bathrooms which was really great. The pool and outdoor areas were great! There was a grill that we enjoyed cooking out in and the backyard lights made it great for night swimming. We would definitely recommend this home to others. Alex was very accommodating. Out ride to the airport was an hour late picking us up the last day and Alex was very courteous in letting us stay past check out time while we waited. Next time we are going to try the boat !

Perfect vacation home!

Great Host, Great House!

The house was as clean as can be when we got there, and the host was extremely friendly. He made sure that we had everything that we needed and told us a lot about the surrounding area. The house was amazing and the host was great, I definitely recommend staying here.

Nice backyard with heated pool Great for 4 guys going golfing with 4 baths and 4 bedrooms each equiped with 50 in. TVs. Easy access for hyway 95, Airport and Downtown Fort Lauderdale
