Brand new furnishings, appliances, and decor are throughout this exquisite home. This spacious home, consisting of 2 living rooms, both with flat-screen TV's, and all bedrooms have brand new flat-screen TV's, latest generation 1080p with a great program. There are top of the line appliances in the chef's kitchen. Free washer and dryer inside the house. The dining room overlooks the huge fenced in yard and pool. The open floor plan is perfect for a large family or couples too!

This awesome home is close to everything! Beaches, shopping, restaurants, parks, and lakes! So many activities yet you may not want to leave the home at all! Lounge poolside and enjoy outdoor dining and cooking with the gas grill. Nearby golf, kayaking, nature trails, jet skiing, and parasailing. This is Florida living!
