Newly renovated 1 bedroom with 1 Queen bed, a sleeper futon and a sleeper chair in the living room. We are located 7 minutes from Deerfield Beach and less than a minute to the Hospital. Private entrance with parking for 2 cars. Close to groceries stores, 5 minute drive to Pompano Beach shopping center and Boca Town Center. Blocks away from US1 where there’s many restaurants, bars and gyms. Minutes away from quiet water park. Spacious with a huge walk-in closet and a clean beautiful bathroom.
