Our unit is on the 14th floor. It is right below the penthouse floor. The view of the ocean is amazing.

The unit is right in the middle of the building facing east and nothing obstructs your view of the ocean.

620 sqft . Oceanfront with two queen beds. Balcony, fully equipped kitchenette. Large luxurious marble bathroom, 42' flat screen HDTV, in room safe, Bose CD player, bathrobe, lush pillowtop bed, down comforters and pillows, imported 300 thread count linens by frette, large desk.

Breathtaking Views

This property was overlooking the beach as described. It was breathtaking watching the sunrise from our balcony. Mary and Gus were very responsive and accommodating hosts. I would highly recommend this property.

Great pre Christmas getaway

Everyone was so helpful, so nice it was a great experience. Would book it again in a heartbeat so many great restaurants within five minutes of walking and the beach obviously right there highly recommend five star.

Beautiful place for a long weekend! Sun, ocean, pool all so close. Property owners were accommodating and it was nice having hotel amenities accessible. Would recommend and stay again!

Great Stay-great location

The room is a junior hotel suite, it has a stove top and mini refrigerator with a few dishes. The coffee machine is an espresso machine as well. There is wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony and in a great spot close to many restaurants. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the Wild Thyme restaurant was wonderful. Friendly staff at the pool bar. Right on the strip, so it is busy and can be noisy, but if you don’t mind that, highly recommend.

Great room great view

We loved the accommodations! The view was spectacular. We saw the sun rise from our room each morning. The hotel in itself is very hospitable and the restaurant is delicious. We ate at least one brunch, dinner and breakfast. All of the staff were friendly. We will definitely come back and stay.

Great Get Away

We had the nicest view and best location that I can honestly say. The coffee shops, and free rides, restaurants and Beech all in your view just ask yourself what do you want yo do. As long as i’ve been coming to Ft. Lauderdale this is nicer location than Marriot Harbor Beech Resort. We had the best time ever thank you

Great Property!

I would definitely stay here again. Unfortunately the weather was not good which is so rare and quite a bummer (5 days of rain!) because on top of not getting to enjoy the outdoors, we knew we had to pay daily resort fees which we could not take advantage of. Not the property owners fault. Just unfortunate weather. But this unit was clean with beautiful ocean front views. Beds are firm and comfortable. Shower is awesome. Staff super friendly and helpful. Communication with owners was outstanding too.

Wonderful first solo trip

The room was on the 14th (top) floor with a beautiful view of the ocean. Beach was across the street and many top restaurants within a few blocks! I didn’t Uber anywhere besides the airport. The staff was all very friendly and the restaurant had a great restaurant and bars. Room was extremely quiet and bed comfy. The pool was cleaned daily and nice and warm. It was a cloudy week and the hottub was relaxing. Kevin the gentleman working at the beach provided me a towel and water and wrote my name in the sand around my chair, he was real fun! Would highly recommend for a solo trip or couples.

This will be our go to spot moving forward. We have been to Ft Lauderdale 15 plus times and wish we found this property years ago. Centrally located amazing pool area spa was top notch. The room itself was great. The view was spectacular. This unit has a stove microwave and small refrigerator. We insta carted the first day which saved for breakfast and lunch. The bar at staff at both areas were so accommodating I highly recommended this and we are already looking to book again

Fantastic Ocean Views - Would Book Again

We stayed at this property for three nights in June. It is a very nice condo located in “The Atlantic” hotel. I have only positive things to say about our stay. This unit itself is top-notch. It is on the 14th floor facing out on the ocean and overlooking the pool (which is on the 5th floor). The ocean view is spectacular. It is an easy 5-minute trip from the room to the beach. The Atlantic is located in a prime location with many nice restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. We didn’t rent a car and we didn’t need one. This unit has two very comfortable queen beds, a nice sized TV, nice double sink vanity and a separate shower and tub. Everything was clean and well-maintained. There was also a closet full of beach toys, sun screen and other fun surprises. The property is managed by the Atlantic Hotel. They handle check-in, and provide the services. If you book this property, know that you will pay a daily resort fee and a cleaning fee in addition to the VRBO costs, but this gets you all the resort amenities including pool and beach towels, beach chairs, pool access, fitness center facilities, bottled water, and more. The property owners were great to deal with and provided good communications throughout the process. In my opinion this property is an outstanding deal even with the resort fees, and we would definitely book it again.
