Perfect spot

My family had a great stay at this location. It's in a quiet area along the boardwalk, not far from restaurants, ice cream and shops. The beach chairs were great and apartment had everything we needed. Great stay and would recommend.

Great property just steps to the water. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay on the beach. Commumication was excellent. I would definitely recommend.

Would definitely return

We loved the property and location. The host was extremely responsive. The AC gave out on the first evening, she had someone out right away within a very short time and the tech got the AC back up and running right away. Would definitely recommend and will be looking forward to renting again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The VRBO listing stated in 2 spots that there was a pool, but the pool area was gross and under construction. The laundry system requires you to buy a $5 card then put a minimum of $10 on that card to do even one load of laundry. There weren't enough towels for 4 people, and they ask you not to wash their linens. Other than that the unit had everything else we needed and it was a very short walk to the beach.

We had a great time. The apartment is fully equippted, 1 bedroom 1 bath, dining, and living room. 1 parking space assigned. 50 feet from the beach. Walking distamce to restaurants and entertainment. I definitiy recommend it.

The location and neighborhood was great and had everything we needed for our beach trips, however, there were bugs in every room. Even the microwave and oven had bugs in them. We left no food out but still had to buy spray and constantly kill them when we spent time at the property

We stayed here in July of 2025. The place has been remodeled, so the pictures are kinda accurate, but not 100%. The space is large enough for a couple and even a small child or two. The two pull out beds could be utilized by smaller children. The large bedroom is nice with plenty of room for clothes to be stored for your stay. The bathroom is small, but it does the job. Kitchen is also remodeled and is smaller, but also serves the purpose. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The coffee pot is a k-cup style, so bring your own pods if you wanna save a buck. The pool is awesome. It is smaller, but well kept and clean. There are beach chairs and pool noodles in the closet. You are literally 20 steps from the boardwalk. It is busy there, but it is a awesome boardwalk with plenty of food and drinks plus a lot of t-shirt shopping if that is your thing. I walked the boardwalk every morning from end to end. It is about 4 miles total and is busy. Just keep your head on a spindle because the bikes don't stop. We did a day driving adventure a d just went around the area. Hollywood is busy, but is a great atmosphere. There is your Kohls, Walmart and huge shopping center all within 15 mins. We went and got groceries at Walmart about 10 minutes away. We stocked up on beer, breakfast and I lunch items. Then we went out for dinner. If you're on the fence of this place don't be. It is a awesome rental and a fast paced boardwalk with everything you need.
