Your home away from home in Las Olas Blvd in Fort Lauderdale with 1 bedroom featuring a comfortable king bed. A beautifully designed, cozy retreat perfect for couples or families with small kids. Apartment features two small bed chairs for children in living room that convert to beds. Located on the first floor, it offers a private patio for outdoor relaxation. Plenty of closet space and a spacious, chef-ready kitchen. The building sits on a water canal, with canoe access in the morning when the tide is high, though there’s no direct water view due to parked boats. Walk to Las Olas Boulevard’s top restaurants or 5 min drive to the beach.
