This 2 bedroom 1 bath pet friendly (for additional fee) unit has been completely remodeled and has stylish and comfortable furniture. Unit comes with 2 parking spots, washer and dryer, air conditioning, big screen TVs, back patio and fully equipped kitchen. Easy check in.

Convenient location

Jay, Thank you for hosting us. Just what we were looking for. Convenient location to and from the airport FLL and Everglades Port. Clean two bedroom. Easy access. Convenient location to nearby dining in amenities.

Clean home on busy Fort Lauderdale road

The home was great clean and cozy. We had a few hiccups with the main tv not working and one remote not working. Located on a busy and noisy street with very limited/small parking. Over all tho was a good little stay for one night.

Great stay!

The stay at Jay’s place was great, great little apartment but I did think it was a single home. It is a duplex right next to someone. And it’s right at the corner of an intersection and down the street from the emergency room. So if you don’t mind ambulance noise during different hours of the day and night, GREAT PLACE! Jay is friendly and responds very quickly to any questions or requests. :)
