Have a cup of coffee at the kitchen island watching the tide roll in or enjoy the outdoor fireplace while shooting a game of pool with your friends and family.
The Kitchen offers brand new stainless steel appliances , a 150 bottle wine fridge , plenty of quartz counter space, along with an oversized quartz island to [ wine ] down or play board games with family. The Large Farmhouse Style dining table seats 8 .
The living room and all bedrooms feature flat screen TV’s, all TV's are smart TV's to log into all your apps! We also have high speed WiFi.

Outside: Relax at the outdoor kitchen / bar area which offers 8 - person seating along with 2 outdoor lounge chairs with cushions. Grill your fresh catch of the day on a brand new Cayote stainless steel grill ( propane included ). The kitchen also offers an outdoor refrigerator to keep your drinks cold . Cool off in the pool during the day or turn on the lights in the evening for night swimming . When the sun goes down in South Florida the homes out door fireplace offers a nice ambiance to end your day.

Great Home and Host

This home is absolutely beautiful, and is exactly as shown in the pictures. Great and convenient location, close to shopping, restaurants and beach. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the house was immaculate. We were a family of 8 and the house still felt very spacious. The outdoor area is beautifully landscaped, nice sized pool, plenty of lounge chairs, grill, fire pit, and a dock where my son caught a few small fish which kept him entertained. Jamie was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. I would definitely return and highly recommend this amazing property.
