The our host lives on the property and is very responsive without being intrusive. Location is fantastic just a few yards from the beach.The apartment was very clean with a fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable and quiet. This was our second week long stay.

The owner lives upstairs. He's very accommodating. The one bedroom apartment was very well furnished and had everything that it said that it had plus more. If we head back to Hollywood, we'll definitely stay there again

Lovely apartment across from beach

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked and all appliances worked well. The owner lives upstairs and greeted us on our arrival. He is very friendly and kind. The beach is directly across the street and was never crowded. We rented bikes and rode them to Hollywood Beach boulevard daily. I highly recommend this place for a pleasant relaxing stay.

Another fantastic stay

I have stayed at this property multiple times now and it has consistently been an oasis of peace for me. The proximity to the water is one of the primary reasons I have returned so many times. It really is breathtaking. The unit itself has everything that you would need for a beach vacation. I do not rent a car when I am there which can be limiting. However, I am able to order food and drink from local stores and restaurants very easily. I look forward to being able to stay again here next year.

Beach Relaxation!

My husband and I had a wonderful 3 night stay. You are literally steps from a quiet, uncrowded, white sand beach. We didn’t rent a car, and enjoyed walking down to the boardwalk daily. Restaurants and bars are close - Tiki-Tiki ( 0.2 mile walk) to unlimited options on the boardwalk. (1.5 mile walk) This property is very comfortable with anything you would want. Sotos is a wonderful, kind and responsive host. I can’t wait to go back!

Paradise for Beach Lovers

This little place puts you literally 25 steps to the beach. And not just a beach, a quiet beach, white sands, and ocean, glorious ocean. If you love the beach this is the place! The apartment itself is clean and well-appointed. The host lives right upstairs, friendly and available. I have just one small complaint—the bed is very firm and, for me, was not comfortable. But the location of this place made me forget all about the bed. Seriously, paradise.

Great weekend

This was perfect for a long weekend away from a cold and dark Wisconsin December. The location and weather were great. The only negative was the AC unit in the living room was not working well, so the living room would get pretty warm by the end of the day. Santos did respond to our AC concern, was going to replace the unit. So the next guests shouldn’t have an AC issue.
