Fun stay in the heart of Las Olas
I had a nice stay in the apartment. It was clean and tidy and quite well equiped - even ground coffee, a bag of chips, paper towels, dish soap etc. Owen, the host, was super responsive and supportive. The Las Olas Blvd is in 6 min walking distance with a huge variety of restaurants, bars and shops. Overall a great location.

Perfect location
Minutes from Las Olas Blvd by foot it was exactly what we needed. We had a dinner in the neighborhood and didnt want to wake the baby to put her back in the car. This was absolutely perfect.

Well maintained 2 bed apartment in a fantastic location.
We stayed 2 nights in Suite 1 (Ground Floor self contained 2 bed apartment) prior to a cruise. The property was well maintained and spotlessly clean. Storage was plentiful with walk-in wardrobes to both bedrooms. Beds were comfortable. The provision of coffee and tea was very much appreciated. The location is fabulous, literally 5 mins walk from Las Olas Boulevard and all the shops and restaurants/bars that has to offer. Riverwalk is a 20-30 minute walk away. We would happily recommend this property to others.

Location location! Great stay in Las Olas!
2 girl friends hanging out in las olas. The unit had everything, coffee, coffee condiments, enough plugs near the beds, towels, tv ROKu and a sweet outdoor patio. Walk to restaurants and got the circuit app to grab the free shuttle to and from the beach. Just a great stay!

Wonderful stay before cruise
We stayed here before our cruise and so glad we did. We rented a car so it was easy to get to the mall and the big bookstore. The showers were hot and the area was quiet. Owens apartment had everything we needed in the kitchen so that made it easy to prepare our meals. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.

Little Gem
Loved staying at this property. Modern, easy to find, quiet location. Comfy beds, good bathroom in fact everything Owen told me about the property did not disappoint. Close to all amenities, restaurants, shops, bars etc. Will definitely book this again. Only small annoyance the suite upstairs was occupied and they were very noisy but that can’t be helped and certainly wasn’t the owners fault.

Only for a short stay but always more comfortable than a hotel. Simple, quick, quiet and coffee was provided. Owen offered up phone number if there was an issue with our late arrival but everything was smooth.

Great location
The property is cozy and located close to all restaurants shopping etc the property manager was very responsive there is room for a few improvements like the WiFi is bad bathroom seem to had some drainage issues but the property manager took care of it floors may need to fix it kind of move under your feet when u walk a little rotted area in the bathroom seem like moisture behind it dish soap was watered down should should buy the mini ones in the cases and put one out for each check in. Other than that the condo was equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay

Absolutely where you want to be.
Excellent property that is on a quiet side street that is located between the strip and the beach. Very comfortable and clean. Owen is an excellent host. Will be back for my next cruise. Easily reachable to the airport as well as the cruise terminals. Not even 10 minutes away by Uber or Circuit. Thank You Owen, Jeffrey.

February 2923 stay
In town for a cruise and decided to stay a few extra days. Book this Vrbo and got exactly what we paid for. Nothing fancy, tidy, had the basics and it was comfy. Felt safe and close to ports and awesome restaurants!

We were 2 couples , for 4 people there were only 3 glasses , 3 cups and the beds were squeaky , worst shower , bad quality for body soap ……. In general they have no concept of quality

Amazing area for a birthday celebration!
I was celebrating my birthday with 5 other friends and we would definitely return! This was the perfect location! We were able to walk to the beach and this beautiful strip with various different types of restaurants and art galleries. Bars, clubs, and brunch places were less than 15 minutes. The Suite was cute with a nice sitting area outside with greenery. Inside the suite all 6 of us were able to be move around and get ready with no issues! Every thing was clean and it was obvious the effort to make sure we had option with things to do (brochures etc) very hotel like would definitely stay again !

Perfect location
The unit is very central and close to many amenities and restaurants. It has a comfortable outside sitting area, where lizards and the neighborhood cat comes to visit. The unit is roomy, well-equipped, even has a blender to make smoothies:-). The parking area is a bit tricky, but we were just happy to have parking so close by the unit. I will definitely recommend this unit.

Great stay!
I enjoyed my time here with a group of my friends. We had no issues checking in or finding our suite. The place was very clean and cute. The patio area in the front was a pretty nice area to hang and chat. I would def come here again.
