"Pretty hotel but getting our room cleaned was difficult, had to constantly call the front desk to have the room serviced. Only one elevator worked so it was very slow. No coffee shop and the gift shop had very little snacks and drinks to pick from. Beds were comfortable and it was right on the ocean so that was a big plus."

"This was our first stay at LM. We were there for 3-nights. We traveled as a senior couple but noticed that the facilities for families with young kids were good- family pool, playground, basketball hoop, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and ping pong on the beach. (We loved the large adult only pool by the outdoor cafe bar) And, the staff loved interacting with kids. In fact, the staff was superb! Friendly, helpful, hard-working, and very respectful. We had a leaky shower head when we arrived and within 10 mins of our call it was tightened and fixed. We particularly give a shout out to Dany in food service, who added his positivity to our days. We stayed in a large king suite with ocean view. Although some reviews called the room furnishings “tired,” we found the room quite comfortable: the bed and linens were comfy, plenty of drawers for clothing, large closet, kitchenette, and well-lit separate dressing area. Separate bathtub and a large shower in marble. The dining facilities were good. Eggs were cooked perfectly and all ingredients were fresh and nicely presented. There were several options for breakfast and lunch. Dinner at Acquario, the main dining room, was fine but uninspiring. Some more delicate and savory flavors are welcomed. We selected the resort because it is on the beach. The beach is clean and large - the best antidote to the cold, freezing New York winter we just came from. We will definitely be returning the next time we’re in the area! "

"We had a great stay. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. There were a ton of options and plenty of space for all the guests to sit. It’s a beaotiful hotel. I didn’t like that you have to pay for parking onsite ($35) but I guess that’s somewhat standard in the area. The bed was great, too, and there was a small balcony that we enjoyed. "
