The only good thing about our stay was the location! Everything else was horrible!
Took 2 hours to get our first room! They told us it was beach front with view! It was not! They sent us to 4 other rooms that’s where still not beach front or clean! Finally after 2 more hours we got a beach front room! The door was standing open and there was a white substance on the glass table that looked to be in a line that they had cut! Looked like someone had done a line of drugs off the table! The blinds on the windows would not open to see out, so had to take them off the windows to see the ocean! Walls were dirty, the chair that was supposed to be in our room was downstairs outside on the patio! Paint was peeling off the shower! The smoke detector was gone! The picture online was not what we got! We have lots of pictures if someone wants to see it! We called VRBO to talk to someone because the hotel charged us for parking and hotel fees! We told them and showed them we had already pay it to VRBO! We were on the phone 2 different times for over 2 hours with VRBO, they told us they were going to move us, the lady got mad and hung up on us because we told her we wanted to be on the beach like we paid for! Very disappointed in VRBO and the hotel!

Run down, dirty room, 2 towels for 4 people, rude staff. Tried to charge me more than I booked for.

This place is absolutely disgusting
After it took us a while to check in we finally got a room and it was 2 separate room even though we rented out a room with 2 beds well we got our stuff settled in and went to get something to eat and came back and my friends notice something moving around there bag and realized it was roaches! They were looking we’re it was coming from and it was underneath there bed and we went back to our room and there were roaches all over our refrigerator babies and adults so obviously they have a problem and also are room was disgusting when we walked in we had to clean the room up to so I would save your money cause the hotel sucks and the staff are terrible to one named Luis was telling Management to not do anything about it meanwhile we spent a lot for us to end up getting a roach infested room so we barley were able to enjoy anything around there because we had to deal with the manager and she told us we can stay until 5 on Sunday and shut off our keys at 11 so I wouldn’t waste my time going there it will ruin your trip!
