We absolutely will be staying here again! The staff was so friendly and even let us check in a little early with no extra charge. The pool was clean. The room was clean. The hot tub was fantastic! The only thing that we didn't like was the bed. It wasn't very comfortable. But other than that, it was amazing! Would highly recommend!

This was my first trip to the Atlantic and it was remarkable! Beautiful view from the best hotel, The Hollywood Beach Sands. Direct view of the ocean. Advice: the Atlantic is much colder than the Gulf of Mexico! I adored this small town, and my sister and I felt completely safe and comfortable. I could easily live there!!!

It was in very good condition for its age, great location right on the beach. It was a third floor with no elevator which was a little tough. These are owner Condo units but no shampoo or coffee filters which we had to hunt down. All in all it was a nice place to end our vacation.

Right on the beach perfect location walking distance to everything once you get there you park the car and don’t ever have to drive anywhere

Misleading and small needs update.
The room is awfully small. It’s 1 bedroom is made for two people at best. It is old and it shows. This is not a family friendly unit. Too close and too much furniture in one small place. Don’t be fooled there is no ocean view from the room. And God forbid you leave a stain on a towel. I’m being charged $150 for god only knows what. The door fell off the hinges. It was a hot mess. We ended up leaving and headed next door to more suitable conditions at the Marriott. Save your money and don’t try to get the better rate… you’ll be sorry.

I have stayed at this hotel every year I go to Hollywood beach and this year made me not want to go there again. Something was biting all of us on the bed and when we informed the staff they were in denial. Staff check room and stated they didnt find anything however we found ants on couch bed. Staff replaced our blankets and sheets but it didnt help the issue. One night we stayed up outside and didnt sleep, I have never had issues before, however the staffs attitude and response was not acceptable.

Hello,We are so sorry that you were not happy with your stay, However, we have had guest prior to your arrival in that unit and throughout the year and we have not had any complains. If housekeeping ever sees any issues with the unit, it is reported right a way to the supervisors and it is handled before check in time. After your check out we did have Terminix come out to double check and no trace of bedbugs, fleas or pest in general was found. P.s keep in mind that also sometimes the beach sand can have bugs such as sea lice that are not very visible and can cause itching, redness and rashes. Have a happy holidays!

Great little timeshare

Cute & Clean Studio on Boardwalk
Nice little condos to stay in. We were in a studio and it was perfect for two people. Staff were cordial but not super friendly. Resort was very clean. Couple minute walk to beach. Right on the boardwalk, close to a variety of restaurants and shops.

This is a wonderful facility. Perfectly located on the boardwalk with an amazing view/access to the ocean. It is clean, well run, and guest friendly, Believe all of the top reviews…I highly recommend this property

Rarely does a place live up to its advertising. This one did. Being steps away from the beach was fantastic. Plenty of amazing restaurants. All the convenience of home. Looking forward to staying there again.

Great spot with great views and location
The unit we stayed in was perfect for us. It has a small kitchen with dishwasher ! Perfect for a small family. It’s right on the beach and the little pool was great for our daughter. Walking distance to restaurants and there is a restaurant right next door at the Marriott for convenience. We would stay again.

Nice place
Room was nice. First time we ever slept in a Murphy bed and it was very comfortable. The location was great since it was right on the beach and along the boardwalk. The pool was nice but the hot tub was very small-maybe room for four.

Loved the view , Layout, design, rooms, salt water pool, to have towels and kitchen supplies as well as toilet paper supplied for us. Wished that they kept up with their recycling plan..all goes in the trash now. Wish the pool was cleaned more often.

We were amazed at how nice the staff was. A very relaxed atmosphere throughout the property. With being right on the beach we could not have been happier. The rooms were very nice and comfortable.

The location, price and condition of the property was great. The staff was very polite and accommodating. The only thing that I would change is that check-in time is between 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. This can be a tight window when traveling from out of state, especially when flying. A 2:00 or 3:00 check in would be more convenient. However, they did move up our check-in time as much as possible which was very nice of them.

Our stay was excellent, the rooms were very clean, it had everything, that hotel is in the perfect location. We loved it and will stay again for sure. The only thing was the maintenance of the pool, it needs a lit bit more, but the cleaning crew gets there every morning, just that at night, I guess with all the people that gets in with sunblock cream, leaves a ugly film on the surface. Other than that the hotel is excellent.

Great location on Boardwalk but not to on same block of restaurants which was great because of all the noise next to restaurants. Pool was good and excellent room. I had the studio which had a full kitchen, sofa and Murphy queen size bed. just need to rearrange furniture to open the bed. Staff was great. ALLWAYS attentive and on site
