    Please Note: If outdoor temperatures fall below 55°F (13°C), the heating system may not be able to maintain the desired warmth. In such cases, the heating fee will be fully refunded.

The house is beautiful,the pool, the bottega and bar and I was welcomed with everything super clean. Karen was very attentive even on Christmas Day she checked to make sure all was well. I recommend 100% for your families stay.
