The whole experience was terrible and traumatic for me from start to finish. A day before my trip I contacted evolve after receiving a message from what appeared to be to property contact person and evolve reassured me that my booking was all set for the trip. When I arrived to the property the next night for my trip (I drove 5 hours to get there) I contacted the property contact person who told me that I needed to cancel and people actually live there as well as I needed to leave and could not stay there. So I called evolve immediately in which they gave me the run around at first but then proceeded to tell me it was a glitch in the system and they apologized. The solutions they offered were a full refund, finding a hotel for the night and some other bnbs available for the next night (all on my own expense). Safe to say I was sleeping in my car until the next morning until I was able to use the money I gave them.
