"The place was beautiful new and stylish felt like we were on a private island the only thing I didn’t like is that Expedia said resort view which shows the pool area but when you get to hotel and check in it was a view of the roof and a little bit of the marina and they would not change the room as they stated none were available and that Expedia has to fix their pictures on the rooms"

"I loved the stay, place was clean and the room was great. I liked that the security did not let any interlopers in the pool. The lobby is beautiful, a little loud but beautiful. The pools were spectacular. The service by the pool was excellent. The food by the pool was fairly priced. Only thing I would change is the music. This is a Jimmy Buffet hotel, the least they should do is play 1 Jimmy Buffet song once an hour. I was hoping to chill with some boat cruising music ( Jimmy Buffet, Kenney Chesney, Bob Marly) but is was mostly modern rubbish."

"Room was nice. Could have used more towels. It smelled really nice. The doors slam shut and we had some really loud neighbors going in and out into the early morning. It was really chill and enjoyable."

"My honest review, Me and my family had a great stay overall. A few things that didn’t meet my expectations for the price we paid was the cleanliness of the room , the food and the parking and the construction that went on from 7 am to 5 pm every day. The construction was terribly loud and basically ruined any peace we wanted on our vacation . You should charge your guests less money during this time , because it’s not worth it . Let’s start with the room , when arriving the shower was filthy . There was sand and grime build up in the bottom of the shower . The glass had soap scum all over it . The walls in the bathroom had dirt build up all over which you noticed while sitting on the toilet . The floors in the room looked dirty and felt gritty , they need to be deck scrubbed not just mopped over . We had an issue with one of the servers in the restaurant part . We went in with two coupons they give you for breakfast that we paid for and the server took it , asked us what we wanted to drink , brought us our drinks then asked us for our tickets again . We mentioned he already took them from us . We bickered back and forth and he basically called us a liar . I asked if they had cameras. We paid for each ticket so we lost out on that breakfast . Not professional at all and another waste of our money for pretty mid food that was also overpriced. They overcharge for parking . Plain and simple . All the staff was amazing on the other hand . Friendly and helpful . Enjoyed the pool ."
