The studio was newly remodeled and fitted out with all amenities creating a modern comfortable feel. Sometimes cozy means cramped, but this was a great space for two.

Very nice and clean

The owner of this property is super sweet. He was great to communicate with. This was great for me and my daughter visiting NSU. It was in a nice location & very quiet. I was very pleased in how clean it was.

The property was like new. It was clean, quiet and close to the location we wanted. The communication with the owners was quick and responsive to my questions. I would definitely recommend them.

Somewhat disappointing

The property is in a great location. However, there are bugs (ants, roaches, etc.), and aggravating cats hanging around the walkway and back patio. The shower/ bathroom looks really nice, but the water pressure is low, and it doesn't make for a good shower experience. Also, the shower knob broke as soon as we used it. I would recommend this property if you are staying alone, but I wouldn't advise you to take your significant other. If the minor issues are addressed and fixed, the property would be perfect. The pricing is great!

Clean and quiet

The unit was clean and neighborhood was quiet. It was an in an “up and coming” neighborhood but I never felt unsafe at any point, even walking around the neighborhood, and would not hesitate to book this property again.

Perfect

My daughter goes to NSU and this place is perfect for when I come visit. Brandon is quick to respond, and his place is very clean. I’ve stayed here 2 x. Because there is room for 3- (2 people in the king bed, and one at the pullout couch) I would suggest a bifold that could be pulled out to use over in that area near the kitchen where the pullout couch is just for some privacy. Because it is an open concept, having the option for some privacy would be ideal when there is more than one person staying there.
