They charge for parking!! With charges it’s just under $10 a night! This was a charge that was not listed. My room air conditioner unit was so loud going on and off kept us awake. Room was large and very clean. I probably would not stay here again because of the a/c unit. There are restaurants a short drive away as well.

Very clean, nice staff, comfortable room. But the reason for only three stars overall, no free coffee and tea in the lobby, no free parking, overpriced breakfast for purchase. But a comfortable stay.

When I booked, I requested a quiet room away from stret and hotel noise. We were given a room overlooking the highway (I95) and it was very noisy. I asked to change rooms on the follow day and was accommodated. Why was my original request not met? You need a decent restaurant. The staff was courteous, helpful, friendly, welcoming, and professional in their approach to customers.

This property was wonderful. Stefani, Steven and Kassandra were so pleasant and helpful throughout my 2 day stay. The fitness center was great. The lobby design was great as well. They have booths with televisions that allow you and your friends to enjoy the dining experience even more. The room was well kept and modernized to today’s aesthetic. If I ever find myself in Weston again I will be sure to visit this hotel again.

There are many hotels in the area that are a much better value than this Courtyard. Everything is an extra charge, even parking in the open lot surrounding the hotel. There is no free coffee in the lobby, only a Starbucks that is open morning and evening with a very limited selection. The rooms are nice but so many small touches are missing or poorly executed. Choose another hotel that doesn't pile on extra fees.

The staff was awesome, room very clean, loved the market on site! Close to Cleveland medical which made it so easy for me to see my mom after a huge surgery. They allowed me to check in early and I am a deputy sheriff and just got off a night shift and drove 3.5 hours. So i could get sleep while my mom was in surgery! I will recommand to all my friends and LEO

It has been a great place for us, we stay here a few times a year due to its convenience. They are currently going through remodeling, so it was a little messy. Nevertheless we love this place because it is very comfortable a close to many things

Charge for parking is unwarranted in this area and we did not have advance notice. They are repainting/repairing their building and you have to drive and walk through trapped off areas. That alone should have waived the parking charge. We were told “they are trying it out (charging for parking) and have received many complaints.” Room was very clean. They charge you a $20 refundable deposit - also not previously disclosed. The clerk did not know what the charge was for but assured us we would get it refunded on departure. Why am I giving you $20 if you can’t explain what it’s for ??? At check out we were told it was in case you ordered room service, it would go towards your charges. No complimentary coffee in the morning. Giving it 4 stars because it was very clean

Due to construction at the property, getting a disabled person into the hotel proved a bit difficult. Also, i don't understand why this facility charges for parking. It is not in a walking district at all.

Check-in was easy. It’s quiet. Bed is firm and comfortable. The hotel is under renovation outside. So the appearance is not the best. Also I did not get the room with king bed that I reserved. It worked OK though.

The property is under construction. The noise starts at 8AM. The refrigerator in the room froze everything that I put in it. The bathroom sink faucet floods the surrounding sink so you can't rest any thing on it as you wash. We had two rooms and the design problem was in each room. We were there because of a sick relative undergoing Open Heart Surgery in nearby Cleveland Clinic. We did not need this headache too.

Very nice and clean hotel inside but major construction zone outside wish we had known ahead of time it wouldn’t have been such a shock. Also should have been a room discount

Ongoing maintenance and construction caused some initial confusion on gaining access. Not to keen on paid parking situation.
