I found it very comfy and clean. it has kitchen utensils, dish detergent and everything you need to cook even a complete meal. I adored the big balcony.

Great location, close to the boardwalk and restaurants and stores. I wished the room had electric switches near the bed. The bathroom sink was too big and almost no space around it. I had to use the shelving behind the mirror which was ok. I loved the fridge, the freezer, the microwave, stove with kitchen utensils. It was like a studio apartment. Very clean. I asked for more hangers. There’s a bar by the office.

The entire setup of this property is confusing. There are no elevators so lugging our suitcases up stairs is a huge issue. Traveling around the property is confusing even with the map they gave us. There were nails sticking out of the floor in our room. Almost no water pressure. The swimming pool was decent but right by a parking garage with no privacy. Racquet ball court right by rooms and people started using at 6am. No vending machines. The good bright spot was Karen at the bar. She was very nice and made excellent drinks and good conversation!

Brian at the front desk could not tell us what time our room was gonna be ready. We called at 3:00pm and said our room would be ready by 4:00pm, but it was not ready. It was finally ready around 4:30pm. So it was frustrating that he couldn’t tell us that. Other than that the room was clean.

Great option at Hollywood Beach!. Only downside was the poor communication. My flight was arriving after check in hours, so I send several messages and emails to the hotel asking what to do and received no answer. Then I started to call them and it would just ring. Finally when someone answered the phone, that answer “you will receive an email with information soon” but no specification on how soon it would be. By the time I was boarding the plane, I called again and lucky got someone to answer the phone and they finally told me I would get an email after 8pm. By the time I arrived at Fort Lauderdale airport, the email with instruction was there and from that point, everything was easy. I just wish someone would have told me what time I was gonna get the instructions earlier so it would have prevented much worry from my side. But the hotel stay and location was pretty great!

Parking is additional. A security fee of $250 without prior notice (before check in). Hotel was loud, outside which bothered me. Room was clean, ac was good, internet is included although it isn’t the best. Overall for the price you can get a better hotel around the area that isn’t so loud, has a decent parking lot and doesn’t charge $250 without letting the customer know in advance, more than what I paid for my room.

What a great experience!!! Excellent customer service from the cleaning staff, front counter and the ower. He greeted us and gave the four of us welcome drink. We were celebrating a friend birthday and he gave her a bottle of champagne. Will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends

Met all my needs. Could work on hot water shower level. Bit humid in room. Kept swamp cooler very cold. Damp rid bags were full. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean room but very small. It was suppose to be a suite and the bed was against the wall so tight the person couldn’t get out of bed without waking the other one up.

We had an amazing stay at Caribbean Resorts as usual! Their housekeeping was very attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed. The pool is beautiful and we were just steps from the Broadwalk. We will always stay here when we visit Hollywood Beach!

One afternoon there was a police raid as one of the units was dealing drugs. They had been making a lot of noise earlier in the afternoon too. Unfortunately my husband suffered a medical emergency just before check out time. The office stack were very kind, but the housekeeping staff left a few personal items in my room and nobody replied when I wrote and asked if they could forward them to me a few days later. BTW, my husband died. it was a very traumatic day for me.

Great hotel and location
This property is right on the Hollywood Beach boardwalk, extremely close to the center of the action. There is one other bldg between it and the boardwalk, so while not directly on it, its a few steps walk. Of course its an older building but well renovated and comfortable. It has parking on site and with a public parking garage steps away directly across the street if ever needed. Parking is a challenge in this neighborhood. The properties to the North are not as well maintained or renovated. I am glad to recommend this one as a sweet spot of value for Hollywood Beach.

The address shown on Expedia is NOT the address of the office. In fact, the office is in a different building from where our room was. Even after calling the front office it was difficult to find the office. I told the desk person I was at the pool. She told me to get out of the pool. lol. She tried to explain to me how to find the office but I didn't understand the directions. I finally asked her to come look for me...which she did. It is close to the beach but the rooms are VERY small and dated.
