I’m always on hand via text or phone, which I give to you prior to check-in and we also have a property manager and team to help accommodate your stay. Think of this as your luxury dream home with all the bells and whistles!



Fort Lauderdale is famous for its beaches, arts, culture and events. From shopping on Las Olas Boulevard to gondola rides on the canals, to a historic riverfront, this is the “Venice of America.” Along Las Olas Boulevard, enjoy shopping, dining at the hottest restaurants and strolling through the historic districts.

Fort Lauderdale is known as the “Yachting Capital of the World.” Home to the annual Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, this show brings a global presence of the yachting elite.

The Greater Fort Lauderdale area contains more than 300 miles of canals that weave through the area. About 165 miles run through Fort Lauderdale itself; these canals sport their own South Florida flair with a mix of both romance and edginess and are a part of the urban sprawl, visible from train tracks and the skyscrapers.

This is the ultimate house with every thing imaginable. Designed by a world class architect, it is the perfect stay for the curated traveler. I always encourage our guests to opt for our concierge options, which are available at an additional cost. Yacht rentals, car rentals, chef services and catering, waiters and bartenders are always available even additional cleanings and babysitting!! However the sooner we plan this, the easier it will be to accommodate. Upon reserving your stay, I always reach out to guests to see if they would like to add-on extras.

Please remember that it is a home so we do have to play nice with the neighbors.

I always suggest guests go order supplies, food, and any other items during your stay on the many apps that deliver to the home. I can get you that list too. Just ask!



This residence has 24 hour security cameras placed on outdoor perimeter, facing main door and sides of home and backyard. Home has noise decibel monitors in common areas to comply with noise ordinances of the city.

Great property

Underwhelming 'Luxury' Rental Home

While we enjoyed our time together and made memories to last a lifetime, the house was not what we had expected. Elle/Kathy (property managers) were very responsive to our needs. However, being an 'ultra luxury' rental, we were not impressed with the various issues we experienced during our stay. -- As a family who loves to cook together, the kitchen lacked cooking utensils and supplies (can opener, wine opener, scissors) -- The microwave and ice maker did not work (required tech to look at it and microwave still wasn't fixed). --The listing indicates there were 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds but there was only one --The listing also indicated there was a private elevator but we were not allowed to use it (which would have been nice for moving luggage). --The pool/hot tub were very nice but it would have been nice to operate the hot tub blower on our own instead of contacting the property manager whenever we used it. Pool guy was very responsive and pleasant when he came to meet our needs. --The 'smart' lighting in master closet did not work so a service tech needed to be called. --The air conditioner in the guest house did not operate as it should so a tech needed to be called to service it. --Several lamps in the bedrooms were missing light bulbs so we had to purchase them. For a luxury rental, we would have not expected so many issues during our stay. These should have been serviced prior to our visit.
