Awesome everything!
The unit was extremely clean! Very nice and comfortable and safe location. Would stay again and I would highly recommend it. It was well within walking distance to anything we needed.

Good Location
Nice property. Good location. We didn’t need to rent a car because it is within walking distance from grocery, mall and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The unit itself was very dated. Carpeting and window coverings need an update. Sliding patio door needs to be replaced. Kitchen needs to be treated between each renter for bugs

1st Timers
It was our first time to Fort Lauderdale. This condo was in a good location for walking to restaurants/bars, the beach and stores. It was a nice condo , great view of Ocean! The people at Front desk could use some people skills however! The pool area was a disappointment, but Ron the bartender was great and made up for it.

We were located within walking distance to the state park (biked it!) and The Bonnet House! Fully enjoyed both locations. Our accommodations were just right!

Beautiful condo close to beach
This was one of the nicest places I've stayed at. Very clean, spacious and in walking distance to beach. Very happy with the accommodations and will stay again when I'm in the area. We had 5 people with us and all of us agreed it was a very nice place to stay.

Excellent Stay
The property was clean and very spacious. We had so much fun and a comfortable stay as well. The view is great and there is a lot to do within walking distance. I would definitely recommend to other travelers!

Had all the amenities & location that we were looking for!
It had plenty of space for two families plus the central location near the beach that we wanted! The appliances (knives, toaster, blender, etc) were a bit on the inexpensive side so it was a little tough to prepare some dishes we wanted to but we made do with what we had, which was still a pretty stocked up kitchen. The master bedroom was a little stuffy as well but spacious and cute with a mini kitchenette. Overall, we were pretty satisfied with this facility and would recommmend it!

Wonderful!!
Great location with a short walk to the beach. Located near yummy restaurants and was near the trolley stops if you want to visit las olas. The room was much more spacious than the photos show. Wonderful stay and amazing price. The live music by the pool was really nice. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

This is my second time staying here and just like the last time it was a great stay. The location was great and the weather was perfect. The stay was during college spring break time so the hallways did get a little loud at times at night but the resort did a great job of making sure these people stay quite and I didn’t have too many problems with that. I made friends with one of the housekeepers, Avon and she was great! She made sure each day if she saw me to ask if there was anything we needed in our room. One of the guests in my room got sick and she offered to get a roll away bed so that no one had to share a bed with him and risk getting sick! She went over the top each and every day to make sure we had a great stay and never had to worry about anything except getting a nice tan! Over all this place is great! There many bigger and newer resorts in Fort Lauderdale but I think it’s a little quieter here and a little farther away from all the busy beaches. It makes the stay more relaxing and it’s like a little home away from home.

Leaves Much to Be Desired
While the view and location were excellent, the unit left much to be desired. Not only were the accommodations extremely dated, but the carpet was sticky and badly soiled, paint was peeling in the shower, and the bathroom light fixture was totally rusted. When my friend dropped her earring and it rolled under the chest, she pulled out dustballs. Often when the water was turned on, a high-pitched squeal was emitted, which was very disturbing at night. On top of that, the staff working in the hall was extremely noisy - their radios blasting so I could hear the messages all the way down the hall, and their laughter and conversations so loud, I could not take an afternoon nap. But the worst offense was the presence of roaches - dead and alive - in the kitchen (even though all food was contained in plastic bags.) We pulled out the refrigerator to capture one of the offenders, only to reveal remnants of many other roaches. I contacted the front desk, and someone did come to spray the next day, but despite the noxious odor, more roaches were crawling in the kitchen the next day. We threw away garbage every day and kept the lights on in the kitchen the rest of the visit, but were very disappointed with the cleanliness of our accommodations.

(FEBRUARY 2018) I am very sorry to read about your experience. Your review has been taken very seriously and this is the first time I have heard about a cleanliness issue at this resort. The property has a contract with a commercial pest control provider to service the unit on regular intervals. The housekeeping staff has deep cleaned the unit and ensured that the carpet is thoroughly cleaned. The on-site maintenance staff has inspected the unit and repainted where it was peeling. The pest control provider regularly treats all of the units in the building on a scheduled basis. It's uncommon to get a complaint about roaches and it is taken very seriously and addressed right away. Honestly, when a guest has a terrible experience, I feel sympathy and I feel obligated to do something about it and attempt to find a remedy for the situation during the guest’s stay. It's unfortunate that your review is the first time learning about your experience. Had you contacted me during your stay, I would have looked into doing one of the following: switch you to another unit (based on availability), provide you with complimentary full-service cleaning to address all of the issues, or provide compensation for your experience. While some issues can be easily addressed by the resort's front desk, I want to be a guest's first point of contact when a major issue arises so that I can ensure it is taken care of immediately and ensure guests are satisfied with their stay. Please do contact me so that I can do something to make you feel better regarding you stay.

This condo is clean and neat. The location is great and it provided everything we needed for our stay with six people. The beach is very close by and you can walk everywhere else you need to go. I will definitely go back. Sometimes the elevators are slow but I can deal with that.
