I used Expedia to find a hotel with a clean shower - NO tub -NO shower curtain. I have a phobia with tubs and shower curtains. I paid Expedia as well. This hotel required a 100 a day incidental fee. When I arrived - I handed he cash for incidental and the desk clerk was rude and wouldn’t take it. So nasty and demanded a card. She would not let us purchase water or soda saying she don’t have change. Early in the morning she claimed that the credit card machines didn’t work and still wouldn’t break the 100 She handed me the room key after I gave her a card. She gave me a horrible room 203. It was a handicapped room with a nasty dirty tub and shower curtain. It had a dirty slimy bench in the tub. When I called down to change the room -no one answered. I was tired so I gave it up. Also left a late check out for noon instead of 11 am and no one seemed to be aware of that. Maids were beating on the door at 10, 10:15, and 10:30. Then the maids decided to just open the door. They were rude. I called the desk and spoke to a woman with a very heavy Spanish accent and she as rude. I asked her to please check the late departure and to tell the maid to stop beating on the door and trying to come into the room. The desk clerk told me she can’t talk and that she would call me back. She never did.i exited the dirty room at 11:42 am - maids were outside the door yakking. Gave keys to maids, told clerk I’m out. At 12:39 the clerk tried to charge my card 100 for a purchase

It was super close to the airport, clean, comfortable and nice. Loved it I will go again when I have to take a fly next day. The free shuttle was the cherry on the top. Had a great experience.

Stayed for 4 nights. At check in, Requested room be cleaned the 2nd night… nothing the 2nd and 3rd night. Management then proceeds to tell me that I put a DND sign outside the door. Why would I do that when I definitely wanted the room cleaned?? Wish I had stayed at another location.

The sliding door of the shower kept opening during our showers we didn’t notice right away bc we are showering the bathroom flooded which my son didn’t see slipped and fell at 8am as we’re rushing to get to the airport on time didn’t have to stop as I was so overwhelmed being a single mom traveling alone isn’t easy but think my your id is safe In the shower. The three of us all has to shower so it was a flood bathroom 3 times it was not the stay I ever intended to have. And spent half the am cleaning up water while still trying to pack I did call hotel and got “oh thanks for letting us know” guess you don’t care. Let’s just hope and pray my son has no injuries from this as he is complaining his elbow is bothering him, but I don’t have time to get him medical assistance

Check in took ages as only one individual at the desk was tied up on the phone. He was still on the phone when another individual appeared. Not really worth the money although it was relatively close to the airport and ship terminal. Crabby Gary’s bar across the street was convenient however.

Nicely appointed room, tile floor needs some soap and water, was dirty.Shower had almost no pressure, needs a look.Staff was great. Noise from barking dog, staff claimed it was a service dog. You need to ask for proof of that, as a service dog would be with it's master, not alone in the room. Breakfast was very good.

Property and staff are amazing, clean fast check in. But area around the hotel is run down, stores closing and seems unsafe to walk out with kids in tow.

The room we got was just outside the breakfast area so it was really noisy. There were lots of dining options within walking distance. The only bad thing about walking was there was very little if any lighting along the sidewalk. Overall, it was a good place to stay if you were going on a cruise.

Staff was friendly. Location is great close to the airport and shopping and dinning are very closed at walkable distance. I noticed during my three night stay no house keeping was done in my room but I had enough towel to keep me for my stay. The safe in the room not working Overall not bad for what I went to do during my trip. Will stay again

This hotel is extremely close to the Fort Lauderdale airport and a good choice if you have an early flight. That said, it was loud on the night of my visit, and there were some sort of gritty elements to it (I am pretty sure someone had recently thrown up in the hallway outside my room for example).

A pleasant stay and great value! We spent 2 nights here before a cruise. Very convenient location in close proximity to Fort Lauderdale airport and cruise port. Uber to the cruise port only cost $16 USD (versus the hotel shuttle which was $15 USD per person). The hotel is also a short drive to Las Olas Blvd and all major sights in Fort Lauderdale without the expensive price tag, making it a great option for budget-conscious travellers. Daily breakfast was an added bonus - sausage, waffles, eggs, toast/bagel, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit etc. There weren't too many restaurants in walking distance, but 3 Sons Brewing next door offered great appetizers and pizzas (and beer, of course) which was good enough for our quick trip. I will definitely stay here again if I return to FLL.
