"For what Best Western Plus stands for … it was average. The room and bath were clean and tastefully decorated. The bed wasn’t that great of a mattress. Water was hot, shower average pressure. The breakfast area was not very sanitary and kept up during the rush of people coming and going during that time. Lady at desk was friendly. "

"I was hesitant to book a room as not familiar with the hotel chain. Very pleasantly surprised with our stay. Hotel was clean, quiet, convenient, and quite busy. The amenities in the room were great and the breakfast was more than expected. Very happy with our hotel choice and will stay with this chain again. "

"This was the worst hotel stay that I have EVER had!!!! The door to our room stuck, so we had to shove it open with our bodies. The room was clean, but the TV did not work because there were too many people using the WiFi. When my husband turned on the water in the shower, the water came out brown. It did clear up eventually. When I took a shower, the temperature of the water fluctuated from very hot to very cold depending on what other rooms were using water at the time. When I asked the staff for help with our TV, they said unplug it and plug it back in. When this didn't work, they blamed the overuse of the WiFi. I also asked for 2 additional washcloths, and I was given 2 pool towels to use as washcloths. If there was the option for negative stars, I would give them a -10 rating. DO NOT STAY HERE!"
