The rooms seem to have been updated recently; ours was updated, clean and comfortable, with new bedding. I have no complaints, and overall I think this was incredible value for what we paid. Several comments have dinged the property for the condition of the parking lot, age of the building, etc. It's true the property needs some work, and the owners are making progress. If you need to be in a modern Hilton or Marriott property, and old-time vibes put you off, then maybe skip this one. For me, I would stay here again. "

"This was a very spacious well stocked and accommodating home.Inside and out fit our large group with wide verity of interests all met.Great communication so much fun we will be back.4 wheeler trails right accross the street. Convenient store just down riad and lots of activities within 12 miles."

"LOVED this place! It was very clean and all the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to make family meals. Shawn responded very quickly and was accommodating to meet our special requests. Check in and out was simple.There is a nice little waterway with a dam down the street within walking distance from the house. We will definitely stay here again when we visit our family in the area.
