"Toasters don’t work, the jam packets were tar, not spreadable. There was a hole in our floor under the carpet, you couldn’t fall in because of the carpet but it’s unsettling to have a small free fall experience. There was a garbage pail in the hall by the stairs catching an active leak and it wasn’t raining."

"Room was clean. It had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap. Breakfast was good. Area for eating was clean. Easy access to my parked car. My only complaint was the toilet. It got stuck on filling up every few minutes. At night we turned the water off to the tank so it wouldn’t make noise."

"We got to our room and there was a poo filled toilet. We were able to change rooms but the room they changed us to had the smoke detectors removed and there was splatters on the walls and burn marks on the ground. The hotel staff was pleasant but I’m not giving them full stars as they promise ice cream upon check in but it was never offered. "

"Great value for the money. Great thick towels, comfortable bed good water pressure and true frig with a seprate freezer. 3 star hotels don't give you that! Traveling and trying to keep ice packs frozen is difficult. Older property but well kept. We stay each time we are in Vernal. "

"Everything was in working order. They were beyond cordial! All staff! They even offered us some recently smoked meat!! They knew where to send us with many choices for meals.. "

"The hotel is getting remodeling, but overall was good, the room was clean the bed comfortable. Breakfast was simple."
