BATHROOMS: There are two bathrooms – an en-suite master bathroom and a shared full bathroom. We also include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, central heating and air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.

PARKING: Dedicated parking for two cars and street parking is also available. Alley access.

NOTE: This property is located near the Fort Collins train line which run through downtown. The train is part of the history and economy of Fort Collins and is an integral part of what Fort Collins is today. The train may be heard occasionally during your stay.

Property is very clean, spacious, and well equipped. Also great location for walkers. Coffee shop was about a half a mile down the road so we walked almost every day. We had two minor issues (smoke detector and WiFi hookup) and property manager was available and very responsive about both. Cute little outdoor area. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our trip to Fort Collins and it was the perfect place to stay. Great location, easy to access, and it was so fun to have the bikes to ride into town. Highly recommend this stay.

Beautiful property

We were in town from the east coast for a wedding and loved being so close to Old Town. We walked to restaurants and shops. We did think there would be one more bed rather than an air mattress but the mattress was just as comfortable once it was set up. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious rental

We loved how open and bright the main living space was. Having off-street parking was nice and the location was very convenient to downtown. The bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. If I were being picky, I would say an improvement would be more end tables in the living room and possibly a living room chair.

Great location and great home

This has to be one of my favorite places. It has a very homey feel. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. It is a short walk to Old Town. I would highly recommend.

Don’t let the outside fool you

We were a little worried at first when we realized this was over a commercial business, but the apartment was very nice. Easily walkable to downtown Fort Collins, grocery, and New Belgium brewery. Very comfortable beds and very clean overall.

Fall in Fort Collins
