    Enjoy a comfortable Fort Collins stay in this updated 800 sq. ft. side-by-side duplex just a short walk from City Park. The home features new furnishings, a brand-new king bed, a fully stocked kitchen, and a private, fully fenced yard. Dogs up to 45 lbs are welcome! Relax in a quiet residential neighborhood while staying close to CSU, Old Town, local restaurants, breweries, trails, parks, and everything Fort Collins has to offer. Managed by Rise N Shine Rentals



    The Space:

    This cozy home is one side of a side-by-side duplex offers a comfortable, well-equipped home base for your Fort Collins stay. The entire unit is for you but the wall is shared with the other duplex.



    **Primary Bedroom:**

    Features a king bed, large nightstands with drawers, and a closet with an additional dresser inside for plenty of clothing storage. A window AC unit is installed seasonally for warmer months.



    **Bedroom 2:**

    Includes a queen bed, nightstands, a full-size dresser, closet space, and a seasonal window AC unit.



    **Full Bathroom:**

    The home has one full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.



    **Living Room:**

    Relax on the new furnishings and enjoy the 55" Smart TV. A portable AC unit is also provided to help keep the main living area comfortable during the summer.



    **Kitchen:**

    The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and the essentials needed to prepare meals at home. There is also a portable dishwasher that connects directly to the kitchen faucet when in use.



    **Backyard:**

    Enjoy your own private, fully fenced backyard with a fire pit and four lounge chairs—perfect for relaxing outside with your pup. Guests will also have access to the backyard storage shed.



    **Location:**

    Take a short walk to City Park or Stodgy Brewing Company, or head just over a mile to Old Town Fort Collins for restaurants, breweries, shopping, and entertainment. CSU, trails, parks, and other Fort Collins favorites are also just a short drive or bike ride away.



    Dogs up to 45 lbs are welcome and must be included on the guest list.
