Guest Access:
334 E. Oak St. is the 3-bedroom unit located on the west side of the duplex. The keypad is on the front door. You can park on the street out front—just be sure to avoid any 2-hour parking zones—or use the off-street parking behind the house (accessible from the alley), then walk through the backyard and around to the front.
Other Things to Note:
One house-trained, non-destructive dog is welcome (with prior approval). Animals cannot be left alone in the home-Fort Collins has great doggy daycares if needed. Animals must be leashed (6 ft max) and under control in outdoor/shared areas. Clean up after them immediately.
This is a No Smoking house and property (no smoking cigarettes, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vaping, etc...)
The yard is shared with the neighboring duplex. Off-street parking is available in the alley—just walk through the backyard to reach the unit.
Trains do run through Old Town, and you’ll hear them from time to time—it’s part of the local charm and energy.
You might also catch the sounds of Old Town Square’s music festivals drifting in—yes, the location really is that good! Right across the street, there’s also a lovely walking park and playground to enjoy.
