Old Town Avedon is convenient, clean, and modern. We're a short walk (4 blocks) away from Old Town Fort Collins and all the amenities it offers. Stay in this warm, comfortable home and enjoy the festivals, which occur almost weekly throughout the summer, go on tours to Fort Collins famous micro Breweries, including New Belgium and Odell Brewing Company. Close to the heart of Fort Collins public transportation (the Max), and the new CSU Football Stadium is just minutes away. Tyler, Old Town Avedon's Fort Collins native property owner, has many of his unique authentic Indonesian pieces throughout, including stunning 100 year old reclaimed teak counter tops and custom made kitchen cabinetry, all made by Tyler.

** The bathroom is sparkling new, new linens are provided. Queen size bed in master, 2 twin-size beds in second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The house has a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a fully set up kitchen. We can't wait to hear what you have to say about staying here. Great space and a great location

This property was a perfect place for exploring fort Collins. Really close to old town--great restaurants and shops. Nice kitchen for cooking at home and plenty of space for a family of four.

Perfect location in a very nice neighborhood! Walk to downtown. Hear the church bells & the train horn. Enjoy the squirrels & bunnies. Play the neighborhood personal mini-golfs. House was cozy & comfortable ; just right! Love the subtle Indonesian decor. Kitchen was nice with wooden counter tops; whole house is nicely remodeled & upgraded. Owner is super nice & close by.

Quick visit to Fort Collins

We were in town for a CSU visit and a concert in Old Town. The home was as advertised and the location was excellent. Quiet neighborhood. Great walkability to Old Town and off street parking. Would recommend.

Loved the place - the house was clean, had coffee, basic supplies and even a few quick snacks for my kids when we arrived. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch each morning. Location was great - very close to CSU and Old Town super easy to get around. Overall a great stay and fantastic place for our family to stay while visiting our daughter who attends CSU.

Excellent find!

House is located in an excellent location - walking distance to Main Street with shops, bars, restaurants, etc. our family of 4 walked to dinner every night. It was perfect! And for any runners out there, short run to park and running trails. Property was clean, well maintained and perfect for our 3-night stay. Tyler was great, communicated well and very accommodating. I would stay here again and recommend to others!

Cute and comfy

I was lucky to get this property for CSU graduation weekend! The house is adorable, beds are comfy and slept 4 very comfortably. Kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed for the weekend! Tyler was a great host and was available if needed. Loved the art in the house and the bathroom appears to be newly remodeled... Would love to stay here again!

Great place to stay to be close to old town area.

This property was incredibly clean and it was obvious that much care went into the remodeling and furnishings. We even had a friendly debate on whether the house plants were real or artificial, because they we faultless. ( they were real ). We were close enough to walk to breweries and restaurants each evening. Great space for 2 to 4 people.

Graduation weekend

We had a very pleasant stay. There was enough room for five to six adults. We enjoyed cooking in for some of the time. My only criticism was that the queen bed we slept on was very soft. Other than that, the house and location were fine. Thanks Tyler! We enjoyed it!

Great house but no backyard.

We had a very nice stay, this is a very cute house on a nice street and just blocks from downtown. We were a little disappointed that the backyard was off limits. We had gotten a house for that reason. It did have a nice front porch, I just hope our talking didn't disturb the neighbors.

My family stayed at this property during move in week at CSU. The house is very clean. The owner and property manager were easy to work with. They made sure we had a great experience in FOCO. The location was fantastic! It was a five minute walk to Old Town and close to CSU. The air condition units located in the bedrooms cooled the entire house. CSU Visit

Great location and darling bungalow. I took my teenaged daughter and 80 year old parents to visit my CSU student. We had a great time cooking and hanging out at the house and making it our home base. Tyler was awesome and very accommodating. My only worries we’re that there isn’t a railing on the front stairs…my folks are prone to losing their balance and I was worried they would fall. Secondly we would have loved a second bathroom or a powder room even. All the stars otherwise. I will definitely return! Great value for the money! And 1000 times better than staying at a hotel.

Great Place!

Super cozy bungalow perfect for our group. Walking distance to Old Town, campus and City Park. Host was extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommend.
