The room is nice and clean. The Cesar salad I had was terrible. Tasted like they put only red wine vinegar on it not Cesar dressing. They don’t clean room unless you ask so I stayed 5 days and constantly had to ask for coffee.

We had some issues (no body wash in the room, a snafu with a breakfast item, and a couple of other small things) and the staff was OUTSTANDING in making up for it. The issues were remedied, we received credits and complimentary items, and the manager sent a hand-written apology note to our room. Absolutely a class act. We will definitely stay here again based on this alone.

Liked friendly staff, location, bar and bistro on site, price. Didnt like bathroom in room 202. Electric mirror did not work and no other light spirce at sink/vanity - very hard to shave or put on makeoff. Sink drained very slow. Toilet flush handle was precarious like it was about to fall off and flush was bery slow and weak. Wayer pressure or head on head was weak. Bed ok, not great and pillows too thick or fluffy. Bedroom was small but ok overall. TV on SIDE of bed, not at end...weird.

This property is very nice. It is obviously at the end of a big upgrade so some minor things still need to be done but it’s looking great!

The front desk attendant was very welcoming and helpful. I really appreciated how many hats he wore and was always engaging and warm. He definitely contributed to our good experience at the Courtyard Marriot. The rooms were good too.

Was caught in a Ice Storm on out way too Wyoming with a 3, 4 and 5 year old a teenager and 3 adults. Already spent 4 hrs to get to a plane that is 2 hrs away. The employee informed us that the check from EXPEDIA did not go through. So we would need to put a $200 deposit instead of the $20 down.... Serioudly.... so we leave in s ice storm with toddlers wanting to go to bed and get out of the car to put $200 on my card. Only to get back and him tell us the card won't go through??? I explain that i just put $200 on my card and he tells me oh know it is $200 on top of the $20. I had to leave i am usually the calm one but i was done. 47 minutes later and my daughter calling expedia explaining what is going on and more we get a room. My poor grandchildren heck us poor parents, grsndma and great grandma..... This man was so rude n expedia agent who was no help at all

It is a bit dated, but was under renovations at the time of my visit. The did not use any of the facilities because I was literally only there to sleep. They have a Starbucks in the lobby which is convenient. Employees of the hotel in the Starbucks were A . They have a nice little market also for things you might need or want.

Water problem at property pushed us into a hotel that had halls that smelled of vomit and a pull out of springs. Manager Taya would not refund any part since it was booked through Expedia, although management did do it for my family who booked directly with the hotel. The pictures of the hotel on Expedia look good but it was run down from the outside. The water issue speaks for itself.

Great experience. Very helpful staff. Only wish that breakfast in the weekends started at 6:00. Hard when you’re here for an event. The shower/bathroom could use an update

This was an older property but was well maintained. The bed was not comfy. The staff were super friendly and attentive.

Amazing stay!! The staff was so friendly and helpful our entire stay. We got in late our first day and were up before the sun our last day, no matter when we needed help we were greeted with the friendliest, most helpful staff we've ever experienced. We had to stay almost a full week under sad and stressful circumstances, but this hotel and the people who work here made it so much better for us. The breakfast was good, the rooms were clean and accessible, the property was beautiful, and everyone was so sweet. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

My stay was amazing from the moment I checked in. Kateryna was so friendly and helpful. She answered all the questions I had and she was a very hard worker. She ran the front desk and worked the bistro, always with a smile on her face.

Hotel was overbooked. Had a reservation but no room. No one even offered assistance to find another place to stay. Poor customer service and poorly trained staff.

This property was bank owned and was recently purchased by new ownership/management. We will be undergoing a multi million-dollar renovation beginning in February. This will also include reopening the Bistro. We are working diligently to get this property back up to Marriott standards.
