"Staff is incredible -- helpful, friendly, accommodating. Not only did we have a wonderful stay in a great location, but the staff made the difference for us from every other hotel. They graciously loaned us a screwdriver to put batteries in a new toy and were clearly working hard during breakfast to keep supplies stocked. At checkout time, our vehicle had a dead battery, so I went to the desk to let them know we'll be late returning our keys (needed to leave parking garage). When I was explaining, the clerk said, "Oh we can help! Our maintenance worker will meet you at your car for a jump!" He was there in under 10 mins and so kind. Hyatt Place saved us probably 2hrs waiting for roadside assistance. THANK YOU to everyone who made our stay fantastic -- from front desk, to maintenance, to maids, to breakfast staff. Customer service was impressive and much appreciated. "

"Surprisingly good breakfast- fresh food with lots of variety. Rooms were clean. Most staff members were very professional and friendly. The front desk gentleman cheerfully helped me in two different situations- once when I locked myself out of the room and once when I needed an additional laundry bag. I did not use the swimming pool, but it looked like it was being enjoyed by plenty of other guests. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of order. Location was near Target and Walmart and many other shops and restaurants. ."
