"The room was horrible. The bathroom was disgusting. The room looked nothing like the pictures i seen online. Part of the wall i could push in, the outlets didnt work, the lap shade had smoke stains on them. Overall i was disgusted by this. "

"We stayed here for our solider's turning blue ceremony and graduation. It was the perfect place to hang out while he was on his day pass. We were able to relax, play games, watch movies and DoorDash dinner before having to returning him to base at night. For those in a similar position, this place is literally 15 minutes from the PX on base and Pomeroy Field (which is where the turning blue ceremony is). It's also less than 20 minutes from the National Infantry Museum--which is where graduation is held. "

"The house was unkept and dirty. We walked through it and left within 20 minutes of arriving. We notified the host immediately that we were checking out and received what appeared to be an automated response- hope you enjoyed your stay- or something along those lines. And then, on the day prior to what would have been our regular departure, received another message asking if we wanted late checkout or to stay another day. This was the first time that we have had a bad VBRO experience as our other rentals’ listings were everything the listing said it would be. This one did not. Not to mention the fact that we had to incur the cost of other accommodations."
