Staff was very nice. Room smelled of cigarettes, but was clean. It's a cheaper room for a night so I can't be too harsh. They had extra tooth brushes and tooth paste! Old a a bit run down, but again, it's a truck stop right on the highway. My personal experience was it was a sketchy area. A random stranger said some things to me and I made sure to be in my room before dark and not leave. But it's a tiny town right off the highway.

Really bad place, roaches everywhere, humid, smells really bad , walls have mold, restrooms falling apart, not safe at all, the room they gave me had another door to access the next door room and it didn’t even had a lock on it, only 2 rusty screws that can easily be kicked in even by my 7 year old, I ask to be moved to another room, they finally gave me another one but the only difference was that it didn’t have another door to access the next door room but the conditions were the same

Avoid this place!

Went to check and there was a sign in the window - cancel your reservation. Nobody was there to check in. Had to get another reservation for another hotel and fight with hotels.com to get a refund.

Worst hotel.

Difficult to find the office to check in. Run down appearance of the hotel. Had to stay on 2nd floor. The stairs were precarious. They were very rusty.

Shower leaks, no telephone in the room, neighboring room kept playing a home stereo load that I had to knock on their door twice to ask that they lower the music, no smoke alarm on the wall, just a hole where it was mounted before, sink faucet was too short that you couldn’t put your hand underneath as the spout was too short, found roachs climbing the walls and other bugs. Took pictures of all issues. Will pass the information to other travelers .

We checked in and checked out 10 mins later after seeing our room. It smelled nauseating, the building was not structurally good, and there were creepy people standing in front of many of the rooms or lurking in the parking lots. It was truly scary. We would not have been able to sleep as we didn’t feel safe. We went to another hotel 30 minutes away and felt much safer!! It was a horrible experience! The pictures on the site were much nicer than reality… I would not have booked it otherwise!!

I arrived about 9pm and left by midnight because it was so unsafe. Parking lot was busy and crowded with people on bikes and lingering. I cannot imagine these people had booked rooms here. When getting my luggage out they sat and watched. When I got into my room, they were looking in the windows of my car. I left so that my truck was not stolen. You get what you pay for!

Wanted to leave asap.

Entering the room it was just a slap in the face of with a smell of cigarette. It was so strong! It was hard to breathe. The sheets had cigarette burns and same with the toilet. The restroom had cigarette ashes all over the floor and there was no trash can to throw away little things.

Horror hotel

The room was infested with flies, a massive spider web was helping with that. There was tissue on the sheets. They obviously didnt wash the bedding before making it. Sheets also had 3D debris, like mucous. The bathroom door was warped and wouldnt shut. There was water damage on the ceiling. When we couldnt get a refund they showed us another room. We immediately left after seeing the black mold on the ceiling.
