"There was so free breakfast like Expedia says. The people said they have tried to get it changed but no luck. I booked this location for that reason alone. I stayed of course, but was disappointed."

I stayed 3 nights and was charged 4 nights. No one showed any compassion for my legitimate complaint. Overall, the experience was horrible. The Holiday Express needs severe up training in accounting, customer service, and cleaning protocols."

I know there was a tour group there watching the breakfast area like vultures, but I thought more eggs should have been put out. The value was very good for the price.
