In the picturesque village Fornalutx, Mallorca, the finca “Ses Begudes” impresses guests with its charming garden and it’s the perfect accommodation to spend a relaxed holiday. It consists of a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom (with a queensize bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair. The house is also equipped for the wintertime, with heating and a wood stove. Exceptional property in a majestic setting

Pros: The property itself was a delight, but this was surpassed by the beautiful gardens, the sparking pool and the incredible views. There are many walks from the door and the village of Fornalutx is wonderful. There are a number of great bars and restaurants available and Soller is only a 45 to 50 minute walk away. The owner and her father are extremely helpful, but not intrusive in any way. We have already booked for next year.

Beautiful property. Stunning out door area. Really surpassed all expectations. We totally expect to return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. In fact we already have to our friends!!

Wiederholungstäter :-)

Pros: Wir waren im März 2024 schon einmal hier, siehe also dortige Bewertung. Diesmal nun Sommerurlaub pur, es war wieder fantastisch! Der Bus fährt stündlich aus Fornalutx nach Port de Sóller, wenn man mal an den Strand will. Der Wanderweg auf den Sa Bassa beginnt direkt am Haus. Gastgeber kümmern sich un Obstversorgung und ab und zu schauen sie im Garten nach dem rechten, alles total lieb. Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer kühlt bei geöffneter Tür das Schlafzimmer mit, ohne dass man direkt drunter liegt, was sehr angenehm ist. Die Mücken konnten wir draußen halten und die Terrassen dank Autan trotzdem nutzen.

Pros: Alles! Die Lage ist absolut traumhaft, man ist ganz für sich allein! Perfekter Pool; viele Sitzmöglichkeiten mit jeweils tollen Ausblicken; zu Fuß in 10min in Fornalutx - einfach vom Gartentor aus; Küche etc. perfekt ausgestattet (Kapselkaffeemaschine, Saftpresse (dafür gab es frische Orangen =)), Toaster etc.; Müllsäcke, Spüli und Co vorhanden, außerdem Basicgewürze). Die ganze Abwicklung war unglaublich einfach und die Kommunikation immer sehr freundlich! Cons: Es lohnt sich, ein Mosquitospray oder eine Mückenspirale für abends zu kaufen (unsere haben wir da gelassen...). Im Haus befindet sich auch ein kleiner elektronischer Mosquitoschläger, der war hilfreich!

Tolle Finca

Pros: Die Finca hat unsere Vorstellungen übertroffen. Perfekte Lage, gute Ausstattung und ein super schöner Außenbereich mit einem tollen Blick auf das Gebirge. Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub. Der Vermieter ist sehr herzlich und hat uns gut mit Obst und Wein versorgt. Cons: Es fehlt eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer

Romantische kleine Finca in tollem Wandergebiet

Pros: Cozy und kaum einsehbar liegt die kleine Finca mit mehreren Terrassen und schönem Bergblick ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Placa Espanyol in Fornalutx. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und den Pool genossen (ja, ich bin Eisbaderin ;-)) sowie die tolle Ausgangslage für viele Wanderungen. Die Finca ist einfach optimal für ein Pärchen. Ab und zu schaut der Vater der Gastgeberin vorbei und bringt dann z. B. Auflagen für die Liegen. Oberhalb der Finca liegt aber auch ein kleiner Schafstall, wo er wohl nach dem Rechten sieht. Besonders lieb fanden wir auch die Orangen zur Begrüßung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Der perfekte Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub

Pros: Einzigartig ist der Blick ins Tal und auf die Berge. Wir waren zum Wandern hier und konnten viele Wanderungen direkt vom Haus machen. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Es ist sehr ruhig. Der Weg ins Dorf dauert auch nicht lange. Dort findet man viele Restaurants und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und entspannt. Cons: Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Alles war perfekt.
