Very beautiful, comfortable farm estate "Es Seguers", renovated, surrounded by trees. In the resort 1.9 km from the centre of Fornalutx, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 9 km from the sea, in the woods. Private: natural state property, natural garden. Outdoor shower, patio, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue. Very bumpy, steep, narrow motor access (mountain road, ramp). Parking at the house. Grocery 1.9 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 1.7 km, bar 1.8 km, bakery 1.9 km, 30 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Fornalutx" 2.1 km, sandy beach "Port de Sóller" 9 km. Sports harbour 9 km, golf course (18 hole) 21 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 100 m. Nearby attractions: Soller y Port de Sóller, Palma de Mallorca 36 km, Valldemossa 39 km, Jardins d'Alfàbia. Hiking paths: Serra de Tramuntana. Please note: car recommended.
