"Wonderful. Gio is the most amazing host. Such a lovely lady. She met us at the train station and gave us a lift and followed that up with a lift to the supermarket as well. Her home is fantastic and has everything you need. The beds are so comfortable and it is nice and spacious. WiFi is great with teens. Pool is also great - 2.3m deep in the big bit. I used Gios washing machine a fair bit which is very helpful too. It's only 10 minutes walk ( and flat) to the train station and you can get buses from there too ( the Sirmione bus is 26. - opposite side of the road to the train station) if you want to go into Desenzano for town or for ferry it is about 20 minutes walk. It is a substantial hill so you need to brace yourself on the way back for the last bit! We enjoyed taking different routes every time and checking out all the architecture. Overall I am so pleased I found Gios house and I totally recommend it. "

Breakfast was great, location was great and the pool area was good too after a hot day exploring. Would definitely recommend "

We have stayed here twice now the breakfast is fantastic, indoor pool and spa are lovely.
Just wish the outside pool and sun loungers overlooking Lake Garda were open, the explanation I got was it was to early in the Season and they will open in May. For the British like myself the weather was ideal and at around 21/22 degrees the Outdoor spaces should have been open. Thanks a lovely stay otherwise 👍"
