"Clean, modern & quiet apartment & rooms. Right next to Enzo Ferrari’s museum . Check in was a bit badly coordinated and we had just 1 key but once we had contact all went well. The parking says we can stay only 2 hours so we moved the car around during the day but had no trouble during the night. But in all great apartment!! 17 minute walk to cathedral and restaurants and shopping. A great place to stay at a reasonable rate."

"What made this place so terrific was not the facilities, but Roberto and Claudia, the owners. They went out if their way to show us the wine production and surrounding area. They went above and beyond to help us with their pharmacy and anything else we needed. They made it our home. Scandiano is a delightful community. It was hard to believe based on the style in the shops that is was a farming town."

"Studio fidèle aux photos, joliment décoré, extrêmement propre et très confortable notamment grâce à la clim. L'accueil de Claudia et son mari est très sympathique et ils sont soucieux d'apporter le meilleurs service aux locataires. De la documentation est à disposition ce qui permet de se situer et programmer des visites rapidement. Le parc est bien entretenu et permet de se délasser à l'ombre des arbres. Excellente situation pour visiter Modène qui se trouve à 20 km. Nous gardons un excellent...

"Amazing stay. Our favorite stay of our Italy trip. Apartment is so large and comfortable and in a very nice area of town. 20 min walk to the historic center. Amazing gelateria across the street and the garage parking spot (though only for small cars) makes it very convenient. Easy street parking too. Very sparkling clean, bed comfortable. AC welcome in 100 degree heat wave. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return if we are back in Modena."
