"We got a great reception with tea. They took care of our luggage. The room was clean a modern style. The bathroom has shower and bath. All minibar was included. They had great breakfast buffet. Also the price/ night was good! "

"Very clean and modern hotel. Our room was very large and very clean. Comfy beds and good aircon. We had a window view to the street but it was not noisy. Staff were excellent and great customer service. Could get snacks at reception if you felt peckish. Ten minute walk to station and we walked most places to see sights as well as a two minute walk to the bus 98 stop which takes you to Aping to see Banyon tree house."

"Unique property, as advertised. Chill atmosphere. Very accommodating, from the style and comfort of the rooms to n simple amenities, shower, soaps, etc. While there is a language issue for non Chinese speakers, staff go out of their way to compensate with translation apps. No real problems. There was noise one night, but we were able to switch roomd, and the test of our stay was fine. Location was perfect. Lots of cultural and culinary sites. Highly recommended."

"Staff are great, very helpful. Plenty of parking spaces behind the hotel... EXCEPT that there are a few tight corners you have to turn before you get to the parking lots. If you are driving a standard car, NO problem. I had a big SUV... that took me a bit of an effort. Otherwise, it's fine !! Plenty of restaurants to choose from. There's a very nice and cosy lounge on Ground Floor that you can use. Coffee machine, Milo drinks, Chinese tea... the LOT !!"
