"I loved the hotel. The staff were incredible . It was very warm weather and the team always had a smile on their faces and worked very hard under extreme conditions. Especially the “front desk girls” were so helpful and professional. Food in the restaurant and pool bar was exceptional. I see some negative reviews and I would not let that influence your decision of where to stay . Yes Formentera is an expensive island but the Gecko is good value for money."

"The room was clean and well organized. It actually had 2 sinks unlike the other 2 hotels we stayed at that only had 1. Not a big deal, but definitely well appreciated! The breakfast was excellent, and the fish and tenderloin tacos offered at the rooftop restaurant were absolutely fantastic! We would definitely consider staying here again."
