A perfect secret retreat on the “Green Island,” for your holidays and remote work! <br><br>THE AREA:<br><br>Nestled in a natural oasis and surrounded by breathtaking views of the sea and mountains, Villa Titina – Sunset Apartments is located about 900 metres from the bus stop; therefore, we recommend that our guests rent a scooter or car to explore the island of Ischia in the best possible way.<br><br>The property can arrange rentals through an external agency, delivering the vehicle directly on-site upon request. Private parking is free.<br><br>THE LOCATION:<br><br>Via Corbaro in the “Bocca” area is one of the most characteristic streets on the island of Ischia; surrounded by vast vineyards and ancient green tuff “parracine,” it still preserves its authentic Ischian and Mediterranean character. Abundant with traditional restaurants, it offers a breathtaking view and is the ideal place to enjoy the colours of Ischia’s sunset. The numerous trails leading to the Santa Maria forest and Mount Epomeo are famous, offering access to the island’s highest and most scenic vantage points.<br><br> The villa is located a short distance from: Citara Bay, Ravino Gardens, La Mortella Gardens, Poseidon Thermal Gardens, city centre Forio d’Ischia, the village of Sant’Angelo, Sorgeto Bay, Negombo Thermal Park, Cava dell’Isola Beach, Chiaia Beach, San Francesco Beach, Mount Epomeo, and the Santa Maria Woods. The transfer must be booked at least 4 days prior to arrival.<br><br>The property is not available for parties or bachelor/hen nights.
