Inside, you'll find a modern open-concept living space with high-end finishes, cozy furnishings and plenty of natural light. The home features spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a welcoming living area.
Point of View is the perfect home for a weekend escape with family or friends. Plus when you need a break from the river life you can visit local wineries, take hikes in Armstrong Woods or take a day trip to Bodega Bay.

Main living spaces on Entry level. Reliable/Fast WiFi w/download speeds of 100mbps.
You can walk with tubes (which we provide) 10 minutes up a quiet road to Mother's beach, and from there you can float right back to the dock, which is an hour long float.

UPSTAIRS:
- Kitchen - Modern well appointed w/ everything needed to make great meals.
- Dining area - Great for meals & Game Nights!
- Living room - Comfy, warm & inviting w/folding doors to outside deck spaces and incredible forest views from all windows. It has a fireplace, Central heat & Smart TV w/ Xfinity cable service. Light & bright w/lots of windows!
