The staff are not helpful, we had a smell of Gas in the room and maintenance did very little, there was no remorse from the staff, they eventually moved us as we refused to stay in the room we were in. Tenaya at Yosemite
The extra pay for premium room with private patio is not worth it. You only get 2 chairs facing the parking lot, not privacy, no patio.
