Absolutely perfect. Visiting Liberty University so the location was amazing. Cozy, clean, and felt like we were at home. Owner was fantastic. 100% recommend this property when in Lynchburg.

This was a wonderful, quiet, well stocked home base to explore the greater Lynchburg area. We spent an extended weekend there, exploring and hiking, and we only went out for one meal. It was a very comfortable place to cook and relax.

Beautiful spot in the trees. Hosts were super helpful and the place was really well decorated and clean. We only wished for a dish washer and washer/dryer. But that being said it was really a great spot and hosts were exceptional. Would stay again.

Perfect Weekend Stay

We stayed at Timber View for two nights while visiting our daughter at Liberty. The property was just as described, right down to the wildlife - we saw 6 deer. The fire pit was great for s’mores and the coffee bar was enjoyed by all. We would definitely stay here again - Thank You!!

This was just what we were looking for. Lots of room, a comfortable bed for each of us, coffee options for all, and very clean. We would gladly stay again if traveling through the area. To say it was clean is an understatement…well done… Including all the labels.

Above garage 2 bedroom unit was excellently done. Well finished and furnished. Complimentary toiletries and coffee. Great location close to where we needed to be in a quiet neighborhood. Hosts were pleasant and accommodating. Will stay there again next time.

Very special place!

We were here for our daughter's college graduation. Me and my husband + my father from LA stayed here and it was just perfect. Extremely clean, beautiful and well built/decorated, very comfortable, and incredible and responsive hosts. I just wish we had found it years ago and we never would have stayed in a hotel! Beautiful space

We avoid hotels and love the extra space from properties just like this one -- a gem! Beautifully decorated and such a relaxing feel, complete with coffee/tea bar and well-stocked kitchen. Beds are so comfortable and the owners truly thought of everything!

Fantastic Stay For LU Family!!

Absolutely impeccable unit - beautifully decorated, clean, and extremely comfortable. The owners thought of everything! Only about 10 minutes from LU (the reason for our visit), and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Very spacious for being a unit above a garage, and it’s our favorite place we’ve rented so far. We’ll definitely be back!!

These people know how to host guests. The space itself was designed like HGTV. They were intentional with towels, coffee station and even had a "forgot items" jar. 10 star host and plan to come back again and again.

Great Weekend Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, modern and had everything we needed. Such fine attention to detail. We enjoyed the basketball court and the fire pit. The kids loved the living room set up with the big screen TV and couches. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a weekend getaway or extended stay. If you come to the area, be sure to check out SeaQuest. The Epicquest was amazing!

They thought of everything!

We moved my daughter into a nearby apartment as she begins grad school at Liberty University. We were so impressed with this property! The coffee bar was a wonderful treat, and the entire place was incredibly clean. The kitchen and bathroom were both well-stocked and the beds were very comfortable. They even had extra toothbrushes and phone charges! Great place to stay if you’re visiting a student at Liberty.

Perfect!

We came to town for a short weekend to go to Sea Quest and visit with family with my nieces birthday! This place was a wonderful find and only minutes from all the things Lynchburg has to offer. The place was super clean and smelt fresh without overpowering air fresheners. Very inviting and felt like home! If there is anything you forgot Brent and his wife already thought of it and it’s there! Will most definitely stay again!!!

Perfect spot to stay while visiting Liberty

Nothing to pick apart about this cute two bedroom! We stayed with our two kids. Plenty of space, plenty of beds. Clean, clean, clean! Great communication with the hosts. The amenities are so thoughtful... didn't need anything that wasn't stocked. Some snacks, some cold drinks upon checkin. Plenty of towels and blankets. Comfy place. Would recommend!

Fantastic stay - just as advertised

We had a really lovely time. Everything was extremely clean and comfy. The privacy of having a whole unit with no one above or below us was so helpful for traveling with young kids - we didn't have to worry about how much noise they made, so they were able to feel at home too. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and plenty of trees so the property feels secluded, but it's only a few minutes from restaurants and things to do. Everything was so thought out and labeled well. Brent and Eve were quick to respond to messages too. Highly recommended!

Best property and bets hosts

This is the cutest and best stocked property we have stayed in a long time! Brent was such an accommodating host! The property was immaculately clean and had everything you need for the stay. There was no detail that has not been thought of and provided. The fully stocked coffee bar was so cute and such a wonderful touch. Kitchen is very well equipped. The bedding and linens were very comfortable, appliances and furniture were all perfect. Great stay with kids! The hosts provided a bin of toys and games for our kiddos, a pack n play for the toddler, and so many outside toys and swing set! Our kids had a blast eating outside on the patio and running around in the yard. The detached garage aspect was unfamiliar to us, but it was absolutely great and we will definitely be back.

Wish I could leave 10 stars!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Where to begin? The photos don’t do it justice! It is SO much more spacious than it looks in the photos! And the design, layout, and details are impeccable! Not only is the place and location absolutely beautiful, but the hosts went above and beyond to ensure we, including our 2 y.o., had everything we needed. They had age-appropriate toys waiting for our daughter, including bath toys and baby shampoo/bath! They had tea, coffee, flavored creamers, adult and kids’ dishes and utensils, bath robes, etc. The list goes on and on, including a flexible and easy checkout! We needed a place to stay for a friend’s wedding at Cedar Oaks Farms and the location was absolutely perfect (15-20 minutes from the venue) and only 10-15 minutes from Lynchburg airport. If we are ever in the area again, there is no question where we will stay. All we can say is thank you for giving our family the perfect home away from home!
