"The section I was assigned to was an older room that had been upgraded. The street light was directly outside the window and the drapes were too thin to block the light. The bathroom light was connected to the very LOUD fan which you could hear from other rooms. Air conditioning. And on and off like most upgraded hotel/motels. The $12 credit was laughable. Absolutely nothing that I would eat or use, cup of noodles and Rice Krispie treats? Seriously. It was cheap as I was on a quick trip, but would not recommend."

"1 bed not changed .hair in the sheets. Not what I ordered. Overbooked. Bed headboard next to engine room. Had to switch rooms. Staffer said I don't have to stay there twice while explaining to her that I should not be asked to relocate room at 1115 pm. "

"We loved our stay here, and would definitely stay again if we're ever in need of a hotel in Portland. Free coffee machine in the lobby at all times. Free breakfast from 6:30-9:30 includes bagels, toast, english muffins, yogurt, fruit, juice, cold cereals. Friendly front desk staff. The room we stayed in was really comfortable, it had a full kitchen complete with a full sized fridge, oven, and dishwasher as well as dishes. Bathroom had a blow dryer, though I will say the blow dryer seemed a little old and sticky, but that's usually how it is with hotel blow dryers. Also a little tip - if you find the sink in the bathroom is slow to drain like we did, you can just remove the little filter/cover from the drain and it will drain much faster. Overall loved this hotel and we were sad to leave."
