"Floor inside room never mopped, forced to have housekeeping or would be kicked out, bottom of bathroom door missing, chewed up. When sheets and pillow cases were removed there were stains on mattress cover, which wasn't changed, stains on foam pillow cases and dog paw prints stains on mattress. Dead.bolt bar broke off, shower floor stained and needed caulking. Light in bathroom shut off and when I asked the motel staff about it, they knew about it but didn't bother to tell me that power would go off in bathroom. Older Indian houskeeper extremely rude and never saw anyone from housekeeping sweep rooms. The bathroom towels were white then next day we were given faded purple or blue towels"

"Love staying at this location the staff is always so kind and welcoming the rooms always look legit. Perfect. I don’t ever have any problems with noise or not enough space not enough towels. It’s honestly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at."

"The property was clean, but tired. The carpet was stained and a bit "crunchy"- like the carpet had been cleaned one too many times. Air conditioning/heating was great. Staff was great. Had breakfast in the restaurant. Seemed pretty overpriced to me, but service was good."

"Staff was attentive, the room was clean but the best part was the balcony on its private beach area on the lake. The view was beautiful and serene. Loved hanging out by the fire pits in the cool evening. The hotel is also walking distance to the Village with shops, restaurants and bars. We would definitely recommend this place. "
