"The house was very clean and perfectly suited 3 adults. Check in was seamless and owners were very responsive. This is a basement suite and there are people upstairs, but other than footsteps they were perfectly quiet and respectful. Location is great - short walking distance to restaurants and shops, as well as convenient to drive into downtown Salt Lake City, Park City, and other places in the area. Would recommend this to anyone looking to stay outside of the downtown area with more of a neighborhood feel. "

"Our travel group spent 3 nights here. The house is freshly painted and the interior was well decorated. Everything is brand new. Beds are comfy and bathrooms were really nice! The house was immaculate....probably one of the cleanest we have seen. Proximity to sites around SLC was very convenient. The host was very responsive. This house was another VRBO gem! Would come here again!"

"Perfect Home Base for Visiting SLCThis home was an ideal choice for our visit to Salt Lake City, nestled in a quiet and charming neighborhood. A few of us parents rented the property while in town to see our college students, and it exceeded expectations.The location was excellent—close to the stadium, Sugar House, great coffee shops, and restaurants. It’s rare to find a four-bedroom home with this much space, and it comfortably accommodated all of us.The house was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We all decided we'll keep it on our list to stay for next time."
