"The room was not clean at all. There was a terrible smell. A hole in the bathroom door of the “suite” area, along with a questionable substance splattered all over the light switches and door handles. Will not be back. "

"The hotel smells clean like a soft flower smell. The room was nice. The breakfast was far superior than any hotel I’ve been to lately. We will definitely come back to this hotel when we are visiting our family."

"Tyrone at the front desk was great!! Over all we were a little disappointed in this hotel. The beds and pillows were really uncomfortable. The front lobby was pretty and clean but the room wasn’t quite as clean and sharp. Don’t think we’d stay at this particular hotel again. "

"Overall I was very satisfied with the property. They had great amenities, like the indoor pool which was awesome because it stormed some during our stay, but we were still able to enjoy it. The pool area was clean and the water felt great! The breakfast was buffet style, with plenty to choose from and the food quality was good. The staff was absolutely amazing, they were there ready to answer any questions and help in any way they could, can't say wnough about how great the staff was and how friendly they were. The room itself was awesome, clean, smelled amazing, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and plan on enjoying it again myself in the near future!"

"Bathtub full of lose hair, window shade wouldn't cover window, biscuit & gravy and cold coffee, other equipment to keep eggs and meat was not working, went elsewhere to get breakfast. And when I checked end last night they told me they would be a extra charge of $50.00, without explaining why."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The floor in the room and hallways were not vacuumed. TV remote didn’t work but we got to chat with staff during the 90 minutes to fix. LED nightlight at the door were annoying. My selection for breakfast was a stale bagel wrapped in plastic. "

"Room was clean. Staff courteous however, they were all 3 new and struggled with check in. I would suggest the owners train their employees. TV did not work even after receiving a new remote. Vending was iut of order. V a cuiming of the hallway began about 8 am!"
