The room was very clean and spacious! Staff was awesome! It was just too noisy for my liking. The cars outside would echo off the building throughout the night.

This apartment was perfect for what we needed. It is central to many parts so you could walk if you wanted. We did rent a car so it was great that free parking for 2 spots was available. It was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. I'd likely come and stay again when I am back in the area

Wonderful experience. Wonderful room and staff. Clean and well appointed. One of the best locations in The City, only a block to Alamo Square and the Painted Ladies. Easy walk to Hayes Valley, and the Castro. And access to the 22,5,6,7 busses. Great place to be and awesome place to stay.

Location was great. Room was ok. Staff was friendly and helpful. Shuttle was on time and very useful. Would return again

Blinds were broken in room, so constant light and people could see right in. Had to put my sweatshirt in the cracks of the blinds for privacy. Only two towels. Plugs in bathroom did not work, the top one was so loose you couldn’t use it. Room was old but clean.
